Documents Required

The following documents will be required for the approval of a Flexi Business loan:

• Valid personal identification cards of the persons authorised to represent the company
• Valid trade licence / special trade licence (koncesní listina) / excerpt from the Commercial Registry (for limited liability companies and general partnerships)
• At least one tax return, including appendices (profit and loss statement, balance sheet) with a stamp of the Revenue Authority or a copy stamp
• If you are not a client of GE Money Bank, a. s., you only need to present statements of your account for the last 3 months

To speed up the approval of the Flexi Business product, please bring a completed Consent, within the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. In the case of sole proprietors, it must be signed by the sole proprietor’s spouse; in the case of a limited liability company or general partnership, it must be signed by the owners of the company.

Conditions for the Provision of the Mini Flexi Business Loan

To get the Mini Flexi Business loan, you only have to:

• Have your business activity registered at the District Social Security Administration Office, as your main source of income
• The registered seat of your company, address of your permanent residence and citizenship: Czech Republic
• 2 telephone contacts (of which at least one must be a land line)
• The company is not in bankruptcy / liquidation / composition and no execution has been ordered with respect to the current account
• You are not delinquent in your payments to the Revenue Authority or the Social Security Administration Office

If you are not a GE Money Bank client, then also:

• Statements of your current account for the last 3 or 6 months
• Confirmation of the District Social Security Administration Office, with the date of the registration of your business activity as your main source of income *
