  • You can easily install the BankKlient program yourself or ask our experts to do it for you
  • Complete and comprehensibly structured documentation can be found on the installation CD and on our website, in the “Documentation” section
  • Extensive help is available
  • Should you encounter problems, or should anything be unclear to you (during installation or at any point during its operation), you can call the GE Money Bank Info Line (224 443 616) where we will provide you with professional assistance, free of charge. In the event of more serious problems, you can order a paid visit by our technical expert (the fees are the same as for installation)

Security

  • High level of data security; data transmission through the Internet is via a secured channel (128 bit SSL)
  • You can increase control over your payments and their security by appropriately assigning user rights
  • Payments are authorised by an electronic signature based on the principle of a secret and public key – the RSA algorithm (1024 bits)
  • Data security can be increased by using a hardware encryption key (the DES algorithm)
