Security

The Internet Banking is secured by the most modern technologies. The identity of the bank’s website is checked by the independent certification agency VeriSign. By clicking on the VeriSign logo, you can easily check that you are logging into the Internet Banking on the right page.

You can choose between two methods of secured log-in to the Internet Banking.

Internet Banking with a Mobile Key

  • Access subject to the entry of a log-in name and password (and potentially also a mobile key – optional).
  • Every active request must be confirmed with a mobile key sent free of charge to your mobile telephone, as registered at the Bank.
  • Data transmission via the Internet is secured by encryption (SSL, 168 bits).
  • Upon logging in with a mobile key, you can transfer financial funds up to the daily limit, which is a maximum of CZK 500,000.
  • You can even execute active transactions with savings products.

Internet Banking with Certificates

  • You must generate digital certificates, which you will use as your identification when logging into the Internet Banking or signing transactions.
  • Access upon the entry of your identification number and password on a computer onto which a digital certificate (SSL certificate) has been imported.
  • All active transactions must be signed with a digital signature (signature certificate)
  • Data transmission via the Internet is secured by encryption (SSL, 168 bits).
  • Only a transactional limit applies, which is set by law at CZK 500,000.
  • You can even execute active transactions with savings products.
