ATM Services

Bank machines (ATMs) serve not only as locations for withdrawing cash, but also offer many valuable services that make your life easier:

  • Ministatement – for clients with debit or credit card, the ATM will show last 12 card transactions. This statement is available for print or you can send it on your mobile phone as SMS.
  • Cash deposite – deposite ATMs serve for GE Money bank clients with valid debit and credit cards for cash deposites in the Czech currency. Transactions are accounted immediatelly.
  • Payment orders – send your payment order from debit or credit card to any current account in the Czech republic.
  • The possibility to change your card’s PIN
  • Top-up of your credit card loan limit – the quick way to increase your credit card loan limit on-line. The service is available under the Infolimit menu
  • Balance enquiry – you can view the balance of your current account or bene+ credit card any time. Credit cards with active bonus points will also show the actual status of your bonus points.
  • UNICEF charity donation – the easy way how to help kids in less developed regions of the world. From the main menu just choose UNICEF and project, which you would like to support. You can also donate voluntary amount of your choice.
  • Information about the expiration of your card – you will be informed in a timely fashion about the approaching expiration date of your card
  • The free Infolimit Service – you can easily find out how much you can borrow and then apply for a loan. The ATM Infolimit Service is designed for the clients of GE Money Bank and for the clients of other banks.

How Does the Infolimit Work

  • After inserting their card in the ATM, the client can choose the “Infolimit – How Much You Can Borrow” service in the opening menu.
  • When the Infolimit Service is chosen, an offer of products is displayed for the client (Express, Flexicredit, MoneyCard), showing the amount the client can borrow.
  • If the client is interested in obtaining more information about the selected product, or wishes to directly apply for the product, they can enter their telephone number on the next screen.
  • The telephone number entered will be automatically transmitted to GE Money Bank and the client will then be contacted by a personal banker within 24 hours, on the next business day; the personal banker will provide the client with more information about the product selected, or directly pre-approve the loan the client wishes to obtain
  • The client can also print up the information about the Infolimit on the ATM.
  • An approved client can then visit a GE Money Bank branch with the required documents (in line with the instructions given by the personal banker during telephone conversation), where he/she will only need to sign an agreement.
